- Add urad dal, chana dal and green chillies to it..
- Add vegetable like onion, peas, carrot etc and cook it for 2 minutes. Then add sooji to it..
- Mix the sooji well with the mixture and add two cup water to it..
- Let it boil and keep stirring till it soak all the water. Switch off the gas and pour lemon juice. Upma is ready!.
