  2. Need 200 grams sooji.

  3. Add urad dal, chana dal and green chillies to it..
  4. Add vegetable like onion, peas, carrot etc and cook it for 2 minutes. Then add sooji to it..
  5. Mix the sooji well with the mixture and add two cup water to it..
  6. Let it boil and keep stirring till it soak all the water. Switch off the gas and pour lemon juice. Upma is ready!.
