  1. First sieve maida in a bowl..add curd and mix it well…now add baking powder..keep adding water for runny thick consistency.
  2. Note : Do not add too much water at once..slowly add water with spoon..if it thick soft runny batter is ready..then don't add water…
  3. Now beat the batter for 5 minutes..there shouldn't be any lumps in batter..whisk it well with spoon aur you can also use whisker…
  4. Now add food colour…batter is ready..
  5. For chashni..take 3/4 cup water(less to one cup)now add one cup sugar.boil this until one tar chashni is not prepared..chashni shouldn't be so thick..now add green elaichi Powder in this.
  6. Heat oil or ghee in a pan for kadai..add batter in plastic cone or in empty milk packet..now close the packet with rubber..now slowly give a coil shape in a ghee…flame should be on medium..it should not be on High flame…
  7. When it is golden brown..then add this garma garam jalebi in chashni..dip this until chashni goes in the jalebi….
  8. Our garma garam jalebi is ready to serve…
