Composition – Matar paneer pulao

  1. Provide 2 tbsp of Oil.

  1. Take oil in a kadhai. Crackle the cumin seeds and stir fry paneer on medium low flame for a minute..
  2. Add tomato pure and mix well. Further add all dry spices, mix well and cook on medium high flame for 2 minutes..
  3. Add boiled peas, amul fresh cream and mix well for a minute..
  4. Then add boiled rice in the above mixture and stir well on medium high flame for about 2 minutes..
  5. Serve hot with dahi, papad or chutney..
